Serena Sterling, PsyD

Debilitating fatigue nearly cost me my job 10 years ago. Shortly after the World Trade Center collapsed just blocks away from my subway stop, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but was told there was nothing I could do about it except stay away from sugar and caffeine. Everything I had worked so hard for felt like it was slipping away from me.

I refused to believe I would have to live with the diagnosis and instead, I found an Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner. Within a few months, I felt one hundred times better. I felt so much relief and was happier and had more energy despite living through the aftermath of 9/11, that I decided to earn a doctorate in clinical psychology in order to learn NET and help others heal.

My passion is in assisting people to heal on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels and lead joyous, fulfilling lives. What interests me most is how to help people activate their own innate healing ability.

I will facilitate your journey in traversing life’s ups and downs. If you feel you would like support and guidance in unlocking and achieving your unlimited potential and targeting the areas in your life where you feel stuck, please feel free to call me at 503-232-5356 to set up an appointment.
